GUTIERREZ ATENCIO and JUAN DIEGO ARAUJO GUTIERREZ to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR NEW AMERICAN FUNDING, LLC, dated March 20, 2023 and recorded on March 22, 2023 in Deed Book 9279, Page 4, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Hall County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date, in the original principal amount of Three Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand One Hundred Seventeen and 00/100 dollars ($373,117.00) with interest thereon as provided therein, as last transferred to NEW AMERICAN FUNDING LLC F/K/A BROKER SOLUTIONS, INC., D/B/A NEW AMERICAN FUNDING, recorded in Deed Book 9857, Page 291-292, aforesaid records, will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Hall County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2026, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 75, 8TH DISTRICT, CITY OF OAKWOOD, HALL COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING LOT 8, AS SHOWN ON THE FINAL PLAT FOR PRESCOTT - PHASE 1A, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 877, PAGE 314, AND REVISED IN PLAT BOOK 877, PAGE 489, HALL COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
