NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Gainesville City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. on the transmittal of the annual update report on the Gainesville Impact Fees Program to the Georgia Mountains Regional Commission for review. This hearing will be held in the Municipal Courtroom of the Roy Franklin Hooper, Jr. Public Safety Building, 701 Queen City Parkway. Copies of the draft FY 2025 Annual Update for the Impact Fees program will be available for public review at the office of the Community and Economic Development Department during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, starting on Friday, April 3, 2026.
