Water and Sanitary Sewer On-Call Services City of Gainesville, Georgia The City of Gainesville is requesting individual sealed Proposals for furnishing all materials and providing all labor, tools, and equipment to perform the Water and Sanitary Sewer On-Call Services Program. The City is seeking two or three fully qualified and experienced Utility Contractors for providing on-call services including the following: Repairing water mains, sanitary sewers, and storm sewers. Installing new and repairing existing fire hydrants. Installing new and repairing sewer service laterals. Abandoning existing water and sewer lines with flowable fill.Installing new and repairing existing valves. Replacing, adjusting, and installing manholes and other structures. Additional work as necessary such as dewatering, bypass pumping, concrete placement, etc. Protection and restoration of the work area including erosion control.
