Request for Proposals RIVERSIDE WTP RAW WATER PUMP NO. 5 CITY OF GAINESVILLE, GEORGIA The City of Gainesville is requesting proposals for the Riverside WTP Raw Water Pump No. 5. The Project will consist of a new 1,000-hp vertical turbine pump, equipped with a VFD. New pump discharge piping and valving which shall include a swing check valve, combination air-vacuum release valve, and butterfly valve. New electrical line-up in the raw water pump station electrical building for the new pump. New supplemental HVAC and roofing upgrades for the raw water pump station and the raw water pump station electrical building. Integration of the new pump and VFD into the existing SCADA system and replacement of the site-wide fiber optic network with single mode fiber optic cable and components.
