The property is identified as Hall County Tax Parcel 15041 000135A and 15041 000135 (portion). The approximate area of the subject property is 3.08 acres. The intent of the application is to revise the existing Planned Unit Development plan to construct a 16,250 s.f. building for retail use. The property is identified as Jackson County Tax Parcel B03 075 (located on Chardonnay Trace) and is approximately 17.6 acres. The property is currently zoned General Commercial (G-C). The applicant requests a Special Use approval to permit a boat and recreational vehicle storage facility.
