Sealed Proposals: The Lula Development Authority shall accept Sealed Proposals for the project entitled STRATEGIC ECNOMIC CONSULTING SERVICES until Wednesday, April 01, 2026 at I :00 p.m. EST at City Hall, 6055 Main Street, Lula GA 30554 and public bid opening shall occur thereafter. No Proposal may be withdrawn after receipt for ninety (90) days. Work: Develop a 5 and 10 year Strategic Economic Development Plan and Implementation Framework. All Respondent communications concerning this request for proposal must be directed to the Lula Development Authority correspondent: Matthew Hamby at matt.hamby@discoverlula.com. Unauthorized contact regarding the request for proposal with other persons, including Lula Development Authority members, may result in disqualification. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the Lula Development Authority. Respondents should rely only on written statements issued by the Lula Development Authority correspondent. Reservation of Rights: Lula Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals including, without limitation, the right to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional proposals and to reject the proposal of any Respondent if Lula Development Authority believes that the best interest of the Lula Development Authority would not be served by awarding to that Respondent because the proposal is not responsive o the Respondent is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Lula Development Authority. 157478 3/4, 3/11
