LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY ABANDONMENT FOR SECTION OF RAMSEY ROAD Notice is hereby given that the Hall County Board of Commissioners shall conduct public hearings during the regular meeting of the Board beginning at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, Georgia, to consider a road right-of-way abandonment application for a section of Ramsey Road. The subject road right-of-way section extends approximately one thousand four hundred (1,400+/-) feet along the existing right-of-way from the intersection with Dunlap Stainless, Inc driveway. The proposed reconfiguration of Ramsey Road would have access from SR 365 only to a cul-de-sac.
