By Order for Service by Publication dated February 19, 2026, you are hereby notified that on June 26, 2025, Valhalla Ventures, LLC filed a Petition to Quiet Title Against All The World concerning real property in which you may hold a claim or interest. Said property is more particularly described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Land Lot 11 of the 10th Land District of Hall County, Georgia, and known as Lot 8, Block F, Section II, Timberidge Estate and Camping Club, as shown on a plat for Ernest Lewis by Henry Grady Jarrard, Registered Land Surveyor, dated August 23, 1994, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin found and located on the Southeasterly right-of-way of Dove Court, formerly known as Robin Court, having a 60 foot right-of-way, said pin being South 34 degrees 35 minutes 23 seconds West a distance of 260.5 feet from the intersection fo Dove Court and Grant Ford Road, from said point of beginning thence South 39 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds East 206.82 feet to an iron pin found; thence South 37 degrees 43 minutes 14 seconds West 59.96 feet to an iron pin found; thence South 89 degrees 41 minutes 39 seconds West 49.96 feet to an iron pin found; thence North 39 degrees 11 minutes 29 seconds West 168.07 feet to an iron pin found on the Southeasterly right-of-way of Dove Court; thence running along the said right-of-way an arc distance of 12.34 feet to a point, said arc having a radius of 40 feet and being subtended by a chord bearing and distance of North 28 degrees 05 minutes 41 seconds East 12.29 feet; thence continuing along said right-of-way North 39 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds East 86.2 feet to an iron pin found and said point of beginning. This being the same property conveyed from Sunair Corporation, a Georgia Corporation, to Martin E. Epps dated December 2, 1974, and recorded in Deed Book 625, Page 151 of the Hall County Records. ALSO CONVEYED and being party of the land is a 1988 Summit Mobile Home having a width of 24 feet and a length of 60 feet, Model No. 24x60 3+2GBK, Serial No. H47704GLR.
